The 99% PSA Nitrogen Generator is designed to provide a stable, continuous, and cost-effective nitrogen supply for a wide range of industrial applications. By using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, the system separates nitrogen from compressed air through high-performance carbon molecular sieve (CMS), delivering reliable on-site nitrogen production without the need for cylinders or liquid nitrogen.
The generator operates with a dual-tower adsorption system. During operation, compressed air enters one tower, where oxygen, moisture, and trace gases are selectively adsorbed by the CMS, while nitrogen passes through as the product gas. At the same time, the second tower enters the regeneration stage, releasing the adsorbed oxygen safely into the atmosphere.
When the first tower reaches saturation, the PLC control system automatically switches the adsorption process to the second tower while the first tower regenerates. This alternating cycle ensures uninterrupted nitrogen production, stable 99% purity, and consistent long-term performance for industrial use.
To ensure stable nitrogen purity and reliable system operation, the PSA nitrogen generator should be used under the following recommended conditions:
- Nitrogen purity: 99%
- Inlet temperature: ≤ 40℃
- Inlet pressure: 0.5 – 0.8 MPa
- Nitrogen dew point: ≤ -40℃
- Switching cycle: 45 – 60 s
- Ambient temperature: ≤ 40℃
- Voltage / frequency: 220V / 50Hz
- Noise level: ≤ 75 dB
For the best operating result, the generator should be supplied with clean and stable compressed air. Proper pre-treatment, including filtration and air drying, is recommended to protect the carbon molecular sieve, maintain nitrogen purity, and extend the service life of the equipment.

In the Philippines, where high humidity, warm ambient temperatures, and seasonal heavy rainfall can place greater demands on compressed air pretreatment and nitrogen system stability, the 99% PSA Nitrogen Generator is especially suitable for users that require a stable, continuous, and cost-effective on-site nitrogen supply for protection, packaging, oxidation control, and general industrial processing. With automatic PLC switching, reliable dual-tower PSA separation, and stable 99% nitrogen purity, the system is well suited for daily production use in factories that want to reduce dependence on cylinders or liquid nitrogen while maintaining consistent long-term operation.
Recommended applications for the Philippine market include:
- Food and Beverage Processing and Packaging
Suitable for nitrogen flushing, packaging protection, oxidation control, and shelf-life improvement in food and beverage production lines. This is one of the strongest application directions for the Philippine market because food manufacturing remains a relevant local industrial sector. - General Manufacturing and Industrial Processing
Recommended for production lines, protective atmospheres, oxidation reduction, and general industrial operations that require a practical and economical nitrogen source. For many factories, 99% nitrogen provides a good balance between performance, simplicity, and operating cost. - Metal Fabrication, Welding, and Laser Cutting
Applicable to metal processing, welding support, oxidation reduction, and laser cutting environments where nitrogen helps improve surface quality, reduce oxidation, and support more stable production performance. - Chemical Processing and Inert Gas Blanketing
Suitable for inerting, purging, blanketing, and oxygen reduction in tanks, pipelines, and process systems where a stable on-site nitrogen source helps improve safety and process consistency. Refined petroleum-related manufacturing is also one of the industrial directions worth referencing for the Philippines. - Electronics Assembly and General Electrical Manufacturing
Recommended for general electronics assembly, soldering support, oxidation control, and plant utility nitrogen uses in electrical and electronics-related production environments. In the Philippines, electronics remains a particularly relevant industrial direction, but for this 99% model the emphasis should stay on general assembly and support uses, not the most purity-sensitive semiconductor processes. - Plastics and Injection Molding
